Hyp-Yoga Basics: For teachers brand new to yoga. Further yoga training is highly encouraged for all new yoga instructors.

Hyp-Yoga Licensed Instructor Terms • I agree to pay the initial Training and License Fee for as long as hold a Hyp-Yoga License Contract • I agree to maintain current CPR training and certification. • I agree to use the Hyp-Yoga name, logo, and website(s) on all materials promoting my Hyp-Yoga classes, and only when promoting my Hyp-Yoga classes and my business as a Licensed Hyp-Yoga Instructor. Failure to adhere to any agreements will result in the revocation of license and use of the Hyp-Yoga name, systems, products, logo and relationship to the organization. • I agree not to share, lend, copy, or borrow any Hyp-Yoga Technique training materials. • I agree not to produce or advertise any other products, materials, and/or workouts using the Hyp-Yoga name and logo. • I understand that I am in no way an employee of Hyp-Yoga Inc. and my company (or person) is not a partner or subsidiary of Hyp-Yoga Inc. My Instructor status as a Licensed Hyp-Yoga Provider is totally independent. • I understand that I may discontinue my Hyp-Yoga Teacher License within the bounds of my contract, provided that I do not teach Hyp-Yoga classes or publicize myself as a Licensed Hyp-Yoga Teacher during any period in which my license has been discontinued. • I understand that Hyp-Yoga Inc. may revoke my Instructor License if I do not adhere to the above agreements. • I understand there is no obligation to attend any other trainings than the initial Hyp-Yoga training, but if I want to teach any of Hyp-Yoga's specialty programs, I must complete the training that covers the specific area of interest. • I agree to protect myself and Hyp-Yoga Inc. and agree not to write my own scripts and only add to scripts within Hyp-Yoga's prescribed bounds. • I understand that when presenting any work based upon principles, concepts, and teachings obtained through Hyp-Yoga or any other Hyp-Yoga educational materials, the statement, “based on the work of Carly Cummings, Kim Isherwood and Becky Grabner” must be included in all printed and publicized materials, even if the work is not presented as Hyp-Yoga. • I understand my trainings will not include room and board or travel. I am participating in the Hyp-Yoga classes offered by Hyp-Yoga Inc. during which I will receive information and instruction about Hyp-Yoga. I recognize that Hyp-Yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. Training Certificate of Completion Requirements In order to qualify for your Hyp-Yoga Instructor License, you must attend every session of the Hyp-Yoga Training. Once you have completed the training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. All peoples are allowed to train under Hyp-Yoga, but training does not ensure a Certificate of Completion if certain tests are failed. If an instructor does not have any previous yoga training, completing the Hyp-Yoga Basics Training will be required. All studios and teachers must comply with our Hyp-Yoga Teacher Terms of Agreement. |
*Licensing and Script Program Fees - These will be due the first day of your Hyp-Yoga Training Weekend. Thanks! VII (Very Important Instructor) Discount Script & Training Program:
$150 per year up front or add $13.75 a month to your licensing fee
monthly payments. Script Packages come out 4 times per year. Your
yearly licensing fee covers 1 per year and you are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to
purchase the other three in order to keep your classes fresh!
Script/Training Packages are $65 each plus shipping & handling. In
the VII (Very Important Instructor) Program you receive 15%-23% ($55 a
script for monthly payments, $50 for upfront payment.) $350 Yearly Licensing Fee & VII Script/Training Program Paid in Full - SAVE $85 *These options are due the first day of your Hyp-Yoga Training Weekend.
Yearly Licensing Fee: $200 per year upfront or monthly payments of $20 per month.
This
must be paid every year to continue to teach Hyp-Yoga. This gives you
access to purchase all new trainings and script packages and programs
as they come out. It also gives you discounts to all events and access
to wholesale pricing.
