Hyp-Yoga founders, Carly, Kim and Becky will bring Hyp-Yoga to your yoga studio, community center or gym for a 1 or 2 day workshop or retreat!

Book Carly, Kim and/or Becky for a weekend workshop in your city. We are so excited to spread the Hyp-Yoga excitement with your area, especially if there are currently now live classes offered near you. Hyp-Yoga workshops are set up individually with studio owners or center/gym managers and prices are negotiated for each event. Workshops Currently Offered

Hyp-Yoga Weight Loss Workshops
HY Weight Loss Workshop I - Building the basics of Hyp-Yoga and how to use your mind/body connection to help you lose weight for good by changing your behaviors and thought patterns. Includes discussion, mind/body tools such as NLP, EFT, Visualization, hypnosis etc., and asana - physical yoga - practice. The weight loss classes are excellent for beginners. (2 hours)

HY Weight Loss Workshop II - This Hyp-Yoga Workshop goes more in depth into the weight loss journey by empowering and equipping students to be able to continue their Hyp-Yoga practice at home with transformational journaling, self-hypnosis. The workshop includes a Hyp-Yoga class along with discussions. (2 hours)*

HY Weight Loss Workshop III - Workshop III delves even deeper with discussions on emotional eating and ayurvedic nutrition. Since the topics covered here are very complex, this workshop is primarily discussion with a very short yoga flow and hypnosis at the end of the session. (2 hours)*

                     *Workshops II and III do not have to be done in order, you can pick either for your session or both.

HY Weight Loss Workshop Weekend - Carly, Becky and Kim can also lead your students in a 2 day intensive Hyp-Yoga Weight Loss Retreat that lasts 2 full days. Weight Loss Workshops I, II, and III are expanded upon and added to with topics such as weight loss and aging, physical pain management, and comprehensive Hyp-Yoga classes.

Hyp-Yoga Mind/Body Workshops
Unleashing Your Successful Spirit HY Workshop - This class focuses in on reaching your personal, financial and spiritual goals through the mind/body connection and the use of your powerful subconscious mind. You will learn to focus in on what you truly want and need and then work on releasing all blockages or past burdens/failures that might be holding you back now. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis and includes yoga poses and hypnosis. (2-4 hours, depth tailorable for your classes)

HY Detox Workshop - Spring is the perfect time to start fresh and get your body out of winter hibernation mode, but this class is also great year round for anyone looking for a fresh start or re-start. In this workshop, Hyp-Yoga will guide you through a mental and physical detoxification. In the spring season our bodies need lighter diets and more movement to get rid of the heaviness of winter, and Hyp-Yoga will allow you to be a conscious (and subconscious!) participant in this natural process. Get ready to be more present and alive - you will see positive change!  This NATURAL Program includes NO DIETS or liquid cleanses. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis and includes yoga poses and hypnosis. (2-4 hours, depth tailorable for your classes)

HY Stress Reduction & Prevention Workshop - Learn how your body can subconsciously respond better to stress and even prevent stress from happening! Our mind/body connection is so powerful and we will learn in this workshop how to full relax and rejuvenate with the help of yoga and hypnosis. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis and includes yoga poses and hypnosis. (2-4 hours, depth tailorable for your classes)

Aging Gracefully with Hyp-Yoga Workshop - This workshop focuses in on aging journeys such as menopause and body changes and how we can enjoy these times to their fullest. This is a very positive and celebratory workshop that focuses in on accepting, enjoying, and managing change.  This class is suitable for all levels of yogis and includes yoga poses and hypnosis. (2 hours)

Living in the Present Moment - This class includes mainly poses (asanas), visualizations, empowerment poses and hypnosis with a short discussion time all focues in on learning to live life to the fullest in the NOW. Our vision at Hyp-Yoga is to inspire conscious living with subconscious help and this workshop really gets to the heart of what Hyp-Yoga is truly about. This class is suitable for all levels of yogis and includes yoga poses and hypnosis. (2 hours)
